At the automotive industry’s pride night which was hosted by OİB Chairman of the Board Baran Çelik, the top 110 companies with the hight export vollume in 2021 were awarded in the Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze categories.
At the ceremony where distinguished automotive manufacturers were awarded with the Platinum Award, Ford Automotive exported the highest number of vehicle in 2021.
Senior Sales Manager Mustafa Hamdi Seyhan, who attended the award ceremony, received the award which was given in the gold category on behalf of Sumitomo Rubber AKO from Baran Çelik, Chairman of the OİB Board.
The award was presented to CEO Toshihiko Komatsu by Seyhan. Komatsu mentioned that this award belongs to all Sumitomo Rubber AKO employees who always work with great devotion.
Komatsu stated that ‘Adopting our mission, ‘ We will deliver the most advanced safety and comfort to our customers, employees and the community.’, we want to be a Pioneer with new solutions in mobility by taking a higher place in automotive exports numbers in the future through the operations which will be carried out with Dunlop and Falken brand tires produced in Turkey factory.
